What’s older than Worldcon, was the start of many writers and artists careers, and continues today both in the traditional paper form as well as electronic?

Fanzines!

What’s a fanzine? It’s an amateur publication by fans for fans featuring essays, drawings, photos, anecdotes, reviews and letters of comment. Fanzines are a work of love.

Do you produce a fanzine? Then bring copies to display or distribute. Do you create art for fanzines, then bring some of your work to share.

Come see an important part of our history that continues today, come meet Hugo winning writers, publishers and artists. Grab a drink at Callahan’s Place and join us for fine conversation.
